Just check it before using it. Easy to do , use a sifter. If you see bugs, move on.
Always a good practice anyway, as you'd be surprised how many infestations happen in stores before goods get home |

We keep opened almond flour in the refrigerator.
Agree with others: almond flour can go bad (you would easily smell the rancid almonds), and DEFINITELY check for bugs which may be hiding - sifter is a good idea |
