Any Blair SMCS parents willing to chat?

Hi - I was hoping that there is someone out there that would be willing to talk to us about the experience at Blair SMCS. Our DC is supposed to start this fall, but has an other option that we are trying to weigh. We don't have any friends with kids in the magnet so don't know much about the intensity of the program, how happy the kids are, how well rounded in terms of academic interests and writing ability, etc.

There is a facebook group too. I am not a facebook person so I can not help with a link but I remember them creating one a few years back.
