Cereal like Kashi with a high protein content.

Tartines: toast with nut spreads, if no allergies. Or cheese or ham, unless you count that as not dry? Sardines? I love Comte cheese slices with almond butter on toast.

Define dry?

Baguette, butter and cheese, fruit, add nuts and cured meats/jams/marinated veggies from the panty as you see fit?

Actually dry?
Trail mix: add innovative add-ins such as dried fruits, banana chips, chocolates or other candies, pb filled pretzels, candied nuts, bagel chips, parm chips, etc.... Have a juice with it.

Like a camping meal?

I'd be happy with a hard boiled egg, a piece of fruit (is that considered dry?), some peanuts, or something similar.
