Nausea and other symptoms 18 week

Has anyone experienced first time nausea and diarrhea at 18 weeks? I had been feeling fine throughout pregnancy and all of a sudden feeling nauseous after I eat and have had to take immodium. Advice and encouragement appreciated. Thanks!
