Why do level III kids…?

Get pulled out with tge AAP teacher for further enrichment when they have already been principal placed in the local level IV classroom? I get why the level III kids in the Gen Ed classes get it, but isn’t the Level IV classroom already supposed to have advanced material for the whole class (which also includes high achievers that are not AA)?

They shouldn’t if they are getting Full Time AAP. My Level
3 students don’t get pulled by the AART, only the kids in the Gen Ed room.
