How/Where to find school profiles?

I have seen a few posted recently (Poolesville) but I don't know where to go to see the others?
This is the profile I understand is sent to colleges? |

| They're sometimes posted on the high school's web site, on the Counseling page. Or you can use the site search box and search for Profile. |
