Best Savings Account for Minors--No fee

Chevy Chase has a no fee account for minors. Since I have an account there, it would be convenient. DD is 1 and has some X-mas and birthday money. I also have an ING account and they have a fee free account there too, but deposits must be linked to an account so it would be one extra step to add money, though nothing major. Am I missing anything obvious? Tax implications? Thanks so much!
