Best Dash Camera?

I have an old one but cannot figure out how to replay it.

Looking for an easy to use and easy to access dash cam please

I just ordered one of these

I watched a few YouTube videos and it seems to have the best resolution for reading license plates, facial recognition etc
You can also download the videos to your phone without taking the sd card out etc

There might be other better cameras, maybe someone else has some recommendations.
