Equinox or sport and health

I’m looking for a gym with a really good sauna. Steam and dry. If you have experience with Equinox or sport and health, could you share what their saunas are like?

I’d also love a ballpark number for how much the membership is. Thx

Equinox Bethesda has nice steam saunas in the locker rooms. I go every morning around 7 and it’s always empty when I’m done with my workout around 8:15/8:30ish. They don’t have a dry sauna. It’s about $200/month.

Anyone else with any insight on Sport and Health?

I should clarify that if I go with one of these, I would most likely be at the Equinox in Tysons. Or alternate between the Sport and Health in Tysons and Arlington.
