My Hawaiian uncle who was part Korean used to cook this dish and I remember it being called Chun? Or Chung?
It was very thin steak pounded even more thin, then breaded in a coating and fried. It was so good. |

| Jeon is a type of fried food that can be made with many ingredients. We usually had it with white fish, but also zucchini or mini seasoned meatball/hamburger patties. Never had it with steak, but this sounds good! |
