How long should someone give a Senior Team Lead to respond to a message before contacting HR, or should one never do this?
I reached out to SL bc TL is condescending and publicly humiliates on a regular basis. I requested a shift to another team. We all do the same thing and all work remote. Senior Lead has not responded to my message at all. |
