Where can I eat dinner at a bar alone in dc (40 yo female)

| Is there anywhere I can go this evening to eat a good dinner at a bar where others will be doing the same and I won’t feel out of place for being alone? The closer to Georgetown, the better, but I am ok going elsewhere too. |

| Bar a Vin is really lovely atmosphere and they are doing small plates there while Chez Billy (the attached restaurant) is under construction. Food is really good, amazing wine selection. On a weeknight, not one would blink at you eating alone while reading a book or whatever. |

Anywhere you want. I like bistro liberte. Beautiful bar, great food.
I travel a lot for work and there is nothing I love more than dinner at the bar with a cocktail and a good book. |

Ris would be convenient and I've heard it's good.
Central (near metro center), Convivial (Shaw), Zaytinya (Gallery Place/Metro Center) would also be good choices. |
