| Is anyone still having problems? We do get pick up in the mornings but the ride times are over 90 minutes and there is no consistency with the attendant and bus drivers. My kid is almost an hour late to school every single day. Is this still happening to anyone? |

| Sorry to hear that you are going through this, and you are not alone. There are anywhere from 45 to 60 routes that are running late daily so you are not alone. I would encourage you to submit complaints to the OSSE parent resource center, the DC Special Education Hub (https://specialeducation.dc.gov/) and the DC Obudsman for Public Education (https://educationombudsman.dc.gov/). |
