Tipping workers at birthday parties (Gymboree, JW Tumbles)?

If you had your party at one of the party locations in our area that provides a couple of people to organize the party and coordinate activities for the kids, do you tip the workers? I'm wondering if I should tip, and if so, how much is appropriate?

At Gymboree we usually tip $20 each.

OP here. Thanks for your input. I wasn't sure what was appropriate. It seems like the cost of the party is already pretty high, so I initially wasn't planning to tip. However, it seems like tipping for services has become pretty common, esp. in this area. Glad I asked!

I've always done $20, too.

At Gymboree they told me when I scheduled the party that I was expected to tip the party coordinators 15% in cash, which I happily did b/c she was great.
