What good would arresting them do? They wouldn’t be held pending trial and there is zero political will to expend the resources to prosecute them. |

They did this in Baltimore, and it was highly effective at dramatically cutting down illegal dirt bikers in Baltimore until progressives of course complained about overactive policing and rights for criminals, then the police had to stop it and the problem came back again. |
