| I have a relative in town for the weekend and want to take them to a restaurant where we can have great food (flexible on cuisine) and catch-up where there isn’t a lot of background noise. Any suggestions? |
| Woodmont Grill or Mon Ami Gabi? |
| I like Julii and Melina in Pike & Rose. Didn’t notice too much ambient noise at either. |

| Woodmont Grill you will need reservations asap. It’s quite the place. |

Summer house at pike and rose.
Or dark house candidate — Guardado’s? Spanish diner would also work. |
| Caruso’s Grocery at Pike and Rose |
I love Mon Ami Gabi (love their salmon) but it’s pretty busy and fairly loud unless you eat outdoors. Seasons 52 is quieter. |
| Duck Duck Goose |
+1 love this place - you'll probably need to make a reservation though as it's pretty tiny |
| Black's or Bistro Provence. |

Black Market Bistro in Garrett Park is also an option.
I like Summer House for casual family dining but it is definitely loud. Also in Pike & Rose besides Julii and Melina -- Commonwealth Indian. It's been pretty quiet when we've been there. The food is fairly standard northern Indian but it's nicely decorated so it feels fancier. |
| Seasons 52 fits the bill of good food and quiet |
