When do you notice you put it on, and when do you notice you drop it? |
For me it’s very predictable. Exactly a week before I gain either 2lb or 5lb. Never more, never less, never in between. It’s bizarre. Then on day 3, I have to pee constantly for a couple hours, and suddenly I’m down the weight and feel/look noticeably thinner. |
2-5 lbs. I usually weight myself about 3-5 days after period starts, it’s usually lowest I weigh. |
Normally 1-2lbs starting the day before and dropping back to normal by day 3. I’m pretty petite though at around 5’2” 107lbs. |

I don’t weigh myself, but I notice that my pants are snug in the thighs. Then, around day 3 or 4 of my period, I wake up in the middle of the night and pee for like five minutes straight. The next morning, my pants fit again. |

I also get night sweats during my period so I think I retain a lot of water and shed them when I’m sleeping. |
