Lifetime Clarendon

Looks like it is opening this summer. Does anyone have any information about it - how much will it cost? Will there be parking? Will it be smaller than some of the more suburban locations? Not that much on the website.

The coworking place that goes along with it is an intriguing thing

Bumping because it is opening in a few weeks. I'm conflicted about whether to join. It's $260 a month, which is a lot! But the virtual tour looks really nice. Interested in whether anyone else has joined, and thoughts on other Lifetime locations.

Parking is critical. I heard it was way more than $260

I checked last week. The "founding membership" is still available and it's $260/month. They'll validate parking in the garage for up to two hours.

I joined bc I have my own business and can write of the co-working space. It is still extremely expensive $500 for gym + co-working and another $50 for a youth membership to use the childcare) but it is month to month and they applied my $200 deposit to my first month dues.

They said that the childcare center has a ton of activities and classes, so I liked that, but it's a big "wait and see" for me bc so much of that always depends of staffing.

I am going to see how it goes this summer. In summer we do not have a lot of afternoon-evening activities and camps end at 3 or 4. So I am planning to pick up DC from camp and get a workout in while he enjoys the childcare. On the days where we have something in the evening, I am thinking I would work out at lunch and then work in the co-working space. I hope it is extremely nice bc for the price...it better be gooood.

Which other clubs does Clarendon membership provide access to? Fairfax is my home club, and it is about half the price of Clarendon. But I travel to NYC a lot and my Fairfax membership doesn't give me access to any of the clubs there.

Why did the next PP say $500?

If you want access to their coworking space the price doubles.
