HS Athletics/ question re forms due today.

Sorry to post basic question but don’t want to wait for AD response…
If kid had forms (health, parent contract, baseline etc) for fall 2022 Would only form due to participate on spring sport be the participation contract for whatever kid does in spring? |

| I think the answer is yes - you need to do the full online registration again (meaning answering all the questions or confirming information is still accurate) but do not need another physical, because it's within one year. So, it should take only 5-10 minutes. |
