What's the splash park like? Good for 2 1/2 year old? Good for parent volunteering at daycare outing with 15 toddlers? The zoo was sort of overwhelming, trying to keep track of my own and the one assigned to me. Not looking forward to repeat, but I don't know what the splash park is like. Anyone been there?

ugh...i have been and too many times...it's usually a mob scene with day care camps to the point of it feeling unsafe. Pushy children, long lines for the short slides...nowhere to sit (few chairs avail, bring blanket or chairs). the larger pool part is just crazy crowded. but i guess if you hit it at the right time, it would be somewhat tolerable.

thank you for responding - that's pretty much EXACTLY what I was picturing, and I think we'll skip it this year. Being in charge of my own plus one other doesn't appeal to me in that scene, and DD dosnt much like getting wet as it is. whew.
