Any tried and true favorite recipes? I’ve had it and liked it, but the loaf I made tasted overly metallic. Need a better recipe. Thanks.

Google Darina Allen’s recipe and that should be good. Be sure to cut a cross (x really) in it to “let the fairies out”!
