Synthetic Stucco / EIFS repair company recommendations?

I have noticed that people don't often use actual names here, but I'm hoping that since I'm just asking for recommendations that folks will be forthcoming. I am looking for someone who is qualified/experienced in working with EIF (synthetic stucco) siding to make some repairs. I know that many people advocate replacing EIFS with something else, but that is too expensive for us at the moment (something for down the line). For the current moment we need someone to repair the existing siding to prevent water damage. Thank you for any help you can offer!

Hi - I am curious who you ended up using, if you don't mind sharing. We also have EIFS and stone siding. Our HOA lawn maintenance sometimes damages the bottom of the EIFS. Typically, they use M&O Applicators. People in our neighborhood have also used Robey and A&N Contractors. All three installers do commercial building, too.

I would never purchase a home with stucco, eifs or any other form of stucco. Best of luck OP. You long term solution is to have a skilled contractor rip out the garbage and replace with Hardi or vinyl siding.
