Teaching in Frederick County Public Schools?

Anonymous
If you are a teacher would you recommend working in Frederick County Public Schools? Secondary 7-12.

Would you rather work for Loudoun County Public Schools or Frederick County? Also, a total long shot, but any thoughts about working for Washington county (MD) schools?

I started my career in FCPS and my mother worked in WCPS. Frederick is relatively fiscally conservative and has traditionally been terrible with raises. Or they would pull BA like five and raise but also increase insurance premiums so the raise was completely gone. WCPS schools have a lot of poverty. Best is to live in Frederick but teach in London.
