| My son will eat the white part of a boiled egg but does not like the yolk. I don't want to waste it but I don't know what to do with it. Any ideas? |
| feed it to your hogs |
| DC is same. I give them to the dogs. |
| Mash with a bit of mayo/mustard and spread on a sandwich. Or make egg salad with extra yolk. You could mash it up and add it to puréed soup. |

My kids were the same.
Some things I did: 1) My kids would also eat fried egg whites, so I'd make that for the kids, and then throw the extra yolks in with some whole eggs for scrambled eggs for my husband. I don't think he noticed. 2) I'd make deviled egg potato salad, and just use fewer egg whites. So, it would have dressing made from a dozen egg yolks, and then 6 egg whites cut up. 3) Feed them to the dog. |
| My two year old is on a hard boiled egg white kick. This is weird but I put the yolk between two sliced pickle chips and eat it. Or on a cracker topped with olives. Delicious. |
| I would eat it for my breakfast or put it in my salad for lunch. |

There is more nutrients in the yolks.
Eat it for breakfast. |
| Just...eat it. |

That is a serious pms or pregnancy meal! |
| Thanks everyone! I didn't realize it was that common in kids! |
I'm the potato salad person above, I'm also a teacher at a school where kids eat in the classroom, so I can tell you it's pretty common! |
Ha! I ate so many pickled eggs when I was pregnant. Probably why she’s so into eggs now too. Good lord now I’m scared I should take a test… |
