Recommendation (please include name) for elder-focused accountant

Hi, I have a relative in long-term nursing care who can no longer handle finances. I have POA and will be the estate executor, and it's fallen to me to file taxes on their behalf.

Can anyone recommend a good elder-focused accountant who can help me prep their taxes? Their finances aren't terribly complicated but are still beyond my knowledge level. Location: Rockville.
