Quibbling with the geography here but that's not the Wheaton location. That's Randolph and Viers Mill, which is between Glenmont and Rockville.

There is a Wheaton DD that most people would think of when hearing "Wheaton DD." This is not it.

Whether or not it's THE Wheaton Dunkin, the Korean Korner intersection is Wheaton. Randolph and Veirs Mill is between Rockville and the Wheaton Triangle.
