Migraines the past few days

Any migraine sufferers out there?
I have been getting a migraine each day for the past say 4 days
and I'm wondering if it's weather or something like that.
I can't seem to kick it.
I'd love anyone's advice on what to do. Oh and I'm nursing
so can't take much!

Are you sure they are true migraines or are you using the term loosely?

I have had sinus pressure headaches recently.
