| Does anyone have any experience with West Virginia state employee health insurance (PEIA)? Does it really only cover medical care inside West Virginia? |

My parents had PEIA and I know that as retirees, they had coverage at their home out of state. I was also covered under their insurance plan as an out of state college student.
