Kim and Kroy appear to be in a bit of financial trouble:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-11770687/Kim-Zolciaks-husband-Kroy-Biermann-vacuums-underwear-estate-enters-foreclosure.html Two words, Kim: Only Fans. I hear it’s pretty lucrative. |
|
Who would’ve thought that they’d still be married 12 years later, he’d adopt her two kids and they’d go on to have 4 of together! I remember the episode of RHOA when they first met!
Supposedly their house was in foreclosure a few years ago too. At one point his agent was suing him. I’m sure there have been lots of other financial situations too. I’m impressed their marriage has survived. |
| I'm confused because it was in the news back in the fall as a foreclosure and Kim went on IG telling everyone how dumb people were for thinking they'd lose their house. It's odd that this is surfacing again in the news. She doesn't seem very good with her money and I can't imagine Kroy is making much in retirement. |
| I don’t understand why they cannot pay this? I am wondering if this is a publicity stunt? He has an NFL pension -He played a long time and a pension is not something you can blow because it is yearly. She also has all sorts of endorsements. The house is 800k so not like millions. Very strange. |
They are all about flash and outward appearance. They seem to go on luxury vacations. She and the older girls have all had massive amounts of plastic surgery. I don't know about now but they used to have staff. Plus the maintenance and taxes and HOA fees. I can totally see how their payments for things are huge and so they don't pay the mortgage. They also go 10,000 in debt and then paid it off before the foreclosure. Wonder if they gambled like that again but this time could find the cash to fix it. |
They always seemed to be very in love and like a united team. |
I'm shocked she hasn't gone to only fans yet. Same with her DD's. |
NFL pensions aren't that much. Biermann was an average (at best) linebacker who signed for $13 million in total contracts (less than $5 million in guaranteed money) over 8 seasons. Living the way they did, you can burn through that pretty quickly. Dude is 37 and hasn't played since he was 30. |
| How do they have a $1.65M mortgage for a house they paid $880k for 11 years ago? Did they go crazy with a HELOC? |
| I don't understand how they owe almost two million dollars on a house they bought for 880 over 10 years ago? It seems impossible that they put that much into it, unless they tore it down and rebuilt. Or is this just borrowing against more than your house is worth, which is way stupid. |
| She says they put millions into the house |
| You can blow through millions with that lifestyle. Housekeepers, nannies, chef, interior decorator, gardeners, pool maintenance, designer clothing and furnishings, luxury cars, renovations, beauty and cosmetic treatments, trainers, plus all the boring stuff but magnified by the size of the home and number of people (taxes, insurance, medical & dental, education, food and household items). Unlike the Dubrows, the cash flow isn't there. Most of the housewives scrounge to upkeep their lifestyle. |
+1 It seems to be working out nicely for Denise Richards and her daughter. |
Depends if they took out a heloc and when. It wouldn’t be shocking for the house to be worth that now. |
They have done several cash out refis to pay for their lifestyle. The first foreclosure in November was for the second mortgage. This foreclosure is now for the first mortgage. They will lose the house this time unless they finally win big at the casinos. |
