No receipt from drive-through restaurant

How do you guys feel about not getting a receipt when you go through a drive-through? I went to the Anita's and the person I ordered from printed the receipt but didn't give it to me. They just sort of held in in their hand and told me the food would be at the next window. So I went to the next window and I got the food, but there was no receipt in the bag. So I have no idea how much they charged me.. Aren't they supposed to ask if you want the receipt or not?

In the time you typed this you could have found out the price charged?
Yes, they should ask, but people make mistakes, as you did when you didn’t ask for it after realizing it wasn’t given to you.

If you used a credit or debit card it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out.

Didn't you hear the total when the cashier tallied up your order?

Can't you look online at your cc transaction?


it boggles my mind what questions people have to outsource.
