Does anyone know how many seats open in lottery for two Latin campuses?

Anonymous
I assume 2nd Street is 95ish 5th grade and 0ish 6th and 7th grade. Not sure many equitable access vs. regular. No idea about Cooper campus. Anyone know?

Im wondering the same thing. Better chances for one campus versus the other?
Also is there any outdoor space for recess at the Cooper campus?

At Cooper it's 96 for 5th, 32 for 6th, and "a minimal number" for 7th which I guess depends on attrition. It was in their powerpoint and I took a picture of it, so I'm certain.

Should be a much better chance at getting into Cooper because fewer siblings and less popular due to wretched facility. But always rank in order of true preference.

There is a parking lot which a small group can use at recess.

There's sort of a basketball deck over part of the parking lot, and there's a large interior room which I guess you could use.

Basketball deck is part of another charter, and large interior room is used for PE so not usually available.

This. There are also 95 5th grade seats at OG Latin, but as others have pointed out there are much more likely to be sibling matches there than at Cooper where there are only 5th and 6th graders now. In last year's lottery 45/95 5th grade seats went to siblings. In the last 5 years OG Latin has not opened up any 6th grade seats in the lottery (although based on WL movement I am guessing at least one spot typically opens up due to attrition).

Did they indicate how many of the 95 5th grade seats at OG Latin are net of sibling/other preference?

Thank you. Did they offer any projections for 2023-2024? I recall that they provided some estimates during last year's open house.
