it's not a complex preparation. Any place that serves it will be fine. Red Lobster has been doing it for some time. It's in their name.

Oh wow OP- I am salivating at the thought of eating lobster now. We love lobster! As I am sure you know-- lobster prices have gone up about 50% in the last 2 years. As pp wrote, The Palm is good. We often go to Bobby Vans to get it because they have s good Groupon deal that will bring the price down. It is delicious!

I do them at home too because my favorite part is all the green stuff in the heads. I usually trade the tail for other people’s lobster heads. Sooooo good!

They sell them at Giant. Its cool you can pick it out of the tank.

I rarely eat it here in restaurants - they'll charge and arm and a leg for just the minimum 1.25 lb size.
