How does this work in practical sense ?
Because I don’t know a person who follows his advice.
Personally I like the philosophy of minimum medical intervention to say the least invasive.

Is he going to mange it with pain medicine only?

My mom got cancer at 80. Aggressive treatment helped. The no treatments awas not an option as it was mouth cancer. So, in the end. She is doing ok. I have her in my life for as long as she is alive. I cannot lose her. She is a gem and the glue that binds us all together.

Eugenics makes sense in an animal husbandry context. He views humans as another kind of animal.
