Lumpy looking after weight loss?

Anonymous
I’ve been eating in a deficit/cardio/weights consistently since the new year. I’m down on the scale and feeling great, can see the beginnings of new muscle definition. But around my butt and thighs, it suddenly looks so lumpy amen cottage cheese-y. So much more so than when I was at my heaviest. It also jiggles like a bowl of custard. It never did that before! Shouldn’t it be tightening up, not looking more like fat?
