I feel like some things are become a lost art tho yes you can hire someone to do many things we still should know how to do some basic things around the home on our own. Some aren’t lucky enough to have handy dads, uncles, grandfathers etc around showing them how to do such things. I know many grown adults are clueless these days and turn to YouTube videos to DIY but I’d love to see if there is an in person hands on class for things like this. I am thinking for home repairs, things like repairing a small hole in the drywall, recaulking a bathroom, hanging a picture, etc. For cars things like a changing tire.
This isn’t cluelessness, this is smart. My friend jacked up his house and repaired the foundation — successfully — after intensive YouTube research.
