Quantile measure (math) & dibel score (reading)

First time seeing Quantile measure on report, what does 595Q to 695Q mean? DH says that it does not matter once Map score is 99 percentile, is that true? DC's math map score has lowered a few points compared to last assessment, from 215 to 212.

Another question is the dibel score same as lexile score? I have been curious about DC's DRA reading level, and I can't tell what level of books should I get. What does 498 dibel score translate to DRA or lexile reading level. Please recommend some reading books.

The Dibels needs a grade level to interpret.

Here is the grade level equivalency. 490 for middle of the year in 1st grade is above grade level.

OP, my first grade DS is a strong reader (504 DIBELS) and here are some of his favorite books: 13-story treehouse series, Geronimo Stilton, I Survived, the Mysterious Benedict Society series, some Beverly Cleary, Wimpy Kid and comics (Garfield, Calvin and Hobbes)
