Getting my IUD out today

When it was put in they had to dilate me, which was a little painful. I'm wondering what to expect when they take it out? How much pain/discomfort have everything else experienced?

It took all of two seconds and wasn't too bad. The insertion was worse and they didn't have to dilate me.

same here - no pain at all upon removal.

No pain. I got pregnant 3 days later!

Thanks for all responses! I got it out with a small cramp that lasted one second. I'm bleeding a little, which I'm assuming is normal.
