my ricotta stuffed shells look watery-should I keep coooking them?

They were to drop off for someone so I don't want a disaster.

Have they baked in the oven yet? If not, don’t cover with foil. The cover keeps the liquid from evaporating.

Might be from using light ricotta. Try soaking some of the water off with a paper towel?

Let them sit out of the oven for 15 mins. The water will probably absorb.

Ricotta must always be drained in a sieve.

Did you only use ricotta?
