If I reheat these will they still be crispy?

I promised DS I’d make him these BBQ drumsticks he saw on TikTok tonight. They are sort of time consuming (low and slow outside on the grill) and I have a nice break this afternoon, whereas this evening I will be rushed. If I grill these to perfection this afternoon then refrigerate them, will they still be crispy if I heat them up in the oven later tonight?

Yes... bake them uncovered until they are warm then stick under the broiler for just a minute (watch them carefully!!!) to crisp everything.

If you have an air fryer, its a great way to crisp back up.

Yes. Best way to reheat crispy food.

I wouldn’t reheat them. Just let them sit out. They will be better at room temp than reheated.
