| We are in Arlington and did not get into the lottery program we applied for. The neighborhood HS is not a good fit for my daughter. Is there a private school that has small class sizes, is nurturing, and not the pressure cooker that so many Nova schools are? Perhaps that won't break the bank? Greatly appreciate anyone's experience! |

| Sycamore? It's in Arlington and might fit your needs- tuition isn't cheap but it's a little less than many of the private high schools. |

Madeira is 54k a year and admissions is closed - almost all of the mainstream private school admissions deadlines for 2023-2024 have passed. It looks like Bishop O’Connell is still acceptable applications, even though their deadline passed (according to their website). But you need to take the HSPT for admissions and it looks like all the testing dates have passed.
