I don't have the cookbook or know which recipes are in it, but my long time favorite Smitten Kitchen recipe is the one pot farro with tomatoes:

I made the French onion soup, chicken parm skillet and the oven French toast (which was too crispy for my kids). Want to try the chickpea masala and blueberry breakfast thing.
