Is 3.5% good APY?

Anonymous
Hi, I received an offer from AmEx to park 25k in a high yield savings account- offering 3.25% APY. I generally keep around this amount for monthly expenses in my bank account and am wondering if it makes sense to leave money there instead of in the market (I'm just in a broadband S&P500). Thanks.

You can get 3.3% right now in Ally, no fees/no minimums. I have increased my cash position a bit just because of layoff worries.

Which product? I have Cap One 360 and it's .3 - I need to move money out of that account as I have way too much at low rates.

I went to Capital One and didn't see anything on the website about a bonus. Do you have more information on that?
