Recommend an accurate weight scale-

I saw on a hack site there was a scale that measures more than weight/ like bmi, etc. but I erased the site and cannot remember where it came. What scale do you use?

I just use a regular old scale.

You can calculate BMI on your own.

Some will measure body fat percentages, but they are highly inaccurate as things like hydration and where you carry fat can change those readings .

weight watchers makes one it uses impedance to calculate water weight, and BF. accuracy wise I grab two 55 pound dumbells and test weigh it came out accurate within .1- .2 of a pound

Even an inaccurate scale can work as long as its consistent. Just use the inaccurate # as the baseline and work from there
