What info do I need?

Seeking advice from those who have BTDT - My dad lives alone (my mother has passed), and is in good physical and mental health, but is in his mid 70s. He recently set up PoA for my brother and me, so he has been thinking about this. I asked where the will was and for any financial info - he told me where it is and shared the passwords for his bank account and brokerage.

Is there anything else I should find out while he is thinking about this? I think we know what his end-of-life and medical requests would be.

Have you talked about his plans for staying in his house? Is there a point at which he (or you) might want him to consider independent living? How is his driving? Is he eating a varied diet? Is he content with his social interactions?
