Hi, looking to pay someone $30-40 an hour for 1-2 hours of instruction on how to gut a whole fish, debone a pork shoulder. Sausage making experience a plus. I would supply the food and venue (my home). Done these all myself several times but would be nice to get proper instruction instead of always bumbling thru it (I dont do these routinely enough to learn effectively.)
I also want to pay the worker directly, not for food, venue, middleman, etc. Anyone know someone or where to find someone? I don't have any local pro chef friends unfortunately. NW DC |

Ah funny you mention the hill center - I just saw their whole duck and whole fish classes by mark Haskell before seeing your post, they look like just what I wanted - Haskell even had a sausage class last year that I didn't know about.
