Anyone join St. James Bethesda?

Wondering if it is worth leaving Equinox for the St. James. Thanks!

Are the prices comparable?

Bump curious to know how it compares too

I joined before it opened and have been very happy with it so far. It was $140/month if you joined before opening. I think it is $150/month if you join now. I was an Equinox member for six years before the pandemic. So far STJ seems better.

What ways do you like it better? Do you tend to use classes or equipment?

I belong to Equinox and love the classes. I just looked at the St. James class schedule, and for my interests and availability, there’s much more for me at Equinox. I also find the location of Equinox to be more convenient for me, and more appealing overall. I guess it’s just a matter of personal preference but I don’t personally feel the need or desire to switch.

How much is St. James Bethesda charging? Any inside scoop for deals?

Just came back to this. I don’t take classes, so I was commenting more on the equipment, which is newer and in better condition.

I filled on the form on the website. One of the salespeople emailed me to introduce. I replied and asked for the prices for 3 scenarios, like family of 4, family weekends only. Very simple. He ghosted me. Wtf.

Any update? Curious if anyone has joined yet…and where they park if they do!
