Need house cleaner Team

I need to find a team of 3-4 people to clean my house. It’s been years since I’ve had cleaners..,and it shows. I don’t want one or two people. I’d like for them to blitz in and out in under 3 hours. Not an all day affair. Any suggestions of who I should call? Preferably a team that works weekends. 😬

Following. We have a large house and 2 people aren’t enough, even though agencies try to send a small team. We need four. Weekdays fine.
