Before demolishing lakeforest mall is there any possibility

Of movies being filmed there like how Wonder Woman 84 used landmark mall? Some period film perhaps? Is this being considered ? Otherwise the only way I will be able to reminisce is to go to that mall in Ann Arbor which looks like a single floor version of lakeforest
