Child-friendly restaurant at Inner Harbor?

We have a squirmy toddler and a mellow 6-month old. Can you recommend a place for lunch at Baltimore's Inner Harbor?

Hard Rock cafe and Cheeseccake Factory are two that come to mind.

I'd avoid any Inner Harbor restaurant right at lunchtime b/c the wait will be long. Go when they first open (maybe 11am) and put your name in right away.

There is a Panera in that area (right across the street from the aquarium).

There's Uno's Pizza, Tir Na Nog Irish Pub, lots of Italian restaurants in Little Italy (like Amicci's), Five Guys

Anywhere is fine, but go at 11:30- not 12.

OP here. Thanks all! We have to go at 12:30 due to a relative's schedule. We made reservations at Hard Rock and hope the toddler will nap in the car on the way.
