If you have a B+ in 2 of the semesters, you are out of the Presidential Award, is that correct?

Most kids who are going get the awards will get all As, so they don’t need the reward if they went to be cool and gets Fs

What is the Presidential list?

I believe it's based on final grade for the year so if they are still able to make an A in the class even if they have B+ for two quarters, they can still get it.
